Product Manager - Live Game

We’re looking for a master of Live Operations. In addition to rendering superb service for our players you are expected to take part in deciding what goes into any update and why. Following key KPI's like a hawk and finding ways to manipulate them to grow our business. With us you will be making changes and publishing them to the live game constantly and monitoring the impact. We encourage everyone to take full responsibility for their own work and be proud of the quality shipped. With us you will not be told what to do, rather you will be involved in figuring out the most important next steps constantly.

 

Working together with the team on Growth you will be expected to deeply understand the UA metrics and their impact on the game metrics. We do not believe in the separation of marketing and product. We believe in focusing on a few super-metrics that drive our business. 

 

Live game of this magnitude is best served when the dev team are super active players in their own game. You will be expected to quickly raise to the elder-game player you need to be to operate this game. You will be expected to understand how it feels like to use money in games like ours and to be able to make clear value propositions to our players.

Responsibilities

  • Work on all areas of the live game: Game economy, analytics, UA planning, product steering, new feature design, shop and sales operation, live events setups, new content roll outs

  • Take part in design discussions and planning of next steps

  • Running a robust KPI driven operation that aims at Growing our game(s)

  • Ability to independently plan and make changes to the game and iterate based on KPI's

  • Be a true team player and a fabulous communicator

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Free-To-Play games economy and business

  • Strong, professional experience running a live mid-core mobile f2p game 

  • Ability to see game design thru the lens of KPI's

  • Burning passion for mobile games

  • Bonus from: marketing xp, team building and managing, being a big f2p spender
